Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out our Service Application and Agreement to apply for water service.
Application: Fill in all the required fields, if there is any special service needs such as, water line extension, road bore, or any other special needs, please contact the office.
Warranty Deed: You must provide us with a warranty deed or some other type of ownership of the property at the time service is requested.
Engineering Fee: $200 (non-refundable) per new connection. This will be paid when application is made for a new service request.
Payment: A new meter set is $800.00 (non-refundable). Membership fee is $120.00. (refundable if account is in good standing).
Equity Buy-in Fee: Beginning February 1, 2025 : $1010.00.
Total for a new residential water meter: $2030.00 *must be paid at the time service is requested.
